In keeping with our small skills workshop theme….we are happy to announce the next one!! This workshop will make a fun cable hat. This is a great little first cable project. The pattern is both written and charted. This is a great quick gift idea, skills lesson and stash buster! The pattern gives you several size options, from baby to adult large.
Danni will be teaching this workshop and we will provide the pattern and light refreshments! The workshop meets twice.
Skills required:
- cast on
- knit and purl
Materials:
- #6 16” circular needles
- #8 16” circular needles
- #8 DPN’s (or 32” circular if familiar with magic loop)
- 200 yards worsted weight yarn – preferably solid and “squishy”
- 1 ring marker
- cable needle
- clicker or another reliable counting method of your choice, pencil and paper are fine
Homework: before class complete the ribbing.
Class size is limited to 6 so sign up early to secure your spot!
