The seeds of a fun workshop with beading, ribbon work, knots, decorative stitches and a self-finishing option are about to bloom at The NeedleTree!
The Sussex Trug canvas, by Tout Le Monde is combined with a new Stefanie Chase, The Joy of Needlepoint, guide for a super fun workshop. The shop sample pictured above is stitched by Stefanie. There are three color options for the canvas kits, blue (sample color), pink or purple. Stefanie will be using the shop sample during the class to demonstrate the techniques for the flowers and beading.
The kits will include the color canvas of your choice, the appropriate threads, bars, beads, magnetic beading case, beading supplies, and the stitch guide. The Planet Earth self-finishing tassel zip clutch in a pretty spring color is available for each kit as a finishing option.
The techniques here are very doable but this is not a beginner class. Participants are expected to be familiar with the basics of decorative stitching as we will dive right in. The workshop will meet twice to ensure there is time to focus on each of the techniques.
