INTRO TO STRANDED KNITTING OR FAIR ISLE WORKSHOP
At The NeedleTree
In keeping with our small skills workshop theme….we are happy to announce the next one!! The workshop will focus on stranded knitting, also referred to as Fair Isle. The intro class will use a simple two color design to get you comfortable with basic stranding. This pattern offers a choice of two options in design, the bows or whales. The baby hat is a fairly quick knit and with the holidays looming on the horizon a quick knit might be just what the elves need!
Catherine Paul will be teaching this workshop and the class materials include a Bow-dacious and Boston Whaler Baby Hat pattern, a summary of the new skills and Mom’s light refreshments!
