SHORT ROWS WORKSHOP
At The NeedleTree
In keeping with our small skills workshop theme….we are happy to announce the next one!! This workshop will focus on short rows – what are they, when do I use them and how do I do them. We will have the time to demonstrate and practice three methods and get you comfortable tackling another new skill.
Jan Ballew will be teaching this workshop and the class materials include a copy of the Furrow in Five Iterations pattern with an excellent selection of short row scarf or wrap options, a summary of the different methods and Mom’s light refreshments!
Skills required:
- cast on
- knit and purl
Materials:
- #7 needles
- 100 yds 2 different colors of worsted wgt yarn, preferably a non-fuzzy
