CABLE STITCH AND KAL WORKSHOP
At The NeedleTree
In keeping with our small skills workshop theme….we are happy to announce the next one!! And this one is a “two-fer”. The workshop will focus on the cable stitch. We will also start a cable knit along using a beautiful Anne Hanson pattern. The pattern provides instruction for either a scarf, single loop cowl or long double loop cowl. We will use the class time and a worsted weight yarn to learn a few cable concepts. We will have the KAL project underway to give you some ideas as to the yarn type and texture you might want to play with. There will be a follow-up KAL meeting to go over any supplemental questions and peek at how all your projects are progressing.
Catherine Paul will be teaching this workshop and the class materials include a Sparrow Song pattern, a summary of the new skills and Mom’s light refreshments!
