LACE HEROINE KNIT ALONG
At The NeedleTree
Our next KAL (knit along) will take our newly minted lace knitters, and any one else who wants to join, into the world of lace weight yarn. The Heroine pattern allows you to knit either a scarf or a wrap, by adjusting the pattern repeats. We will take the time to demonstrate and practice each of the stitches used in this pattern, go over the written pattern details, talk about how to block lace, and a few other general lace tips and tricks and get you comfortable tackling another new skill.
Catherine Paul will be teaching this workshop and the KAL fee includes a copy of the Sublime Lace Accessories pattern booklet for these and other good basic lace patterns, class notes, class sessions and Mom’s light refreshments! We will have a Ravelry thread for any questions and pix along the way.
