CASTING ON AND OFF WORKSHOP
At The NeedleTree
In keeping with our small skills workshop theme….we are happy to announce the next one!! This workshop will go over the various ways to cast on and off and when you would use each method. We will have the time to demonstrate and practice each method and get you comfortable tackling several new skills.
Jan Ballew will be doing this workshop and the class materials include a copy of Knit Wear Fall 2012 with an excellent summary of the different methods, and handout and reference materials from us as well as Mom’s light refreshments!
Skills required:
- cast on
- knit and purl
Materials:
- #7 needles
- worsted wgt yarn, preferably a light solid color and non-fuzzy
- KnitWear magazine Fall 2012
